Key Responsibilities: · Managing all service enquiries, face to face and telephone· Arrange bookings with customers· Upselling customers products and services to meet company targets· Liaise with the workshop· Manage handover and administration of all vehicles· Explain work carried out on vehicles, ensuring customer understanding and authorisation Qualifications / Experience Required: · Experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership· Highly motivated and enthusiastic· Excellent customer service skills· Great organisation and planning skills· Natural Selling ability· Well presented· High attention to detail· Ability to work under pressure in a quick paced environment Package: · Basic Salary – dependent on experience· Bonuses available OTE £32,000· Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30- 5pm 1/2 hour lunch 1 in 2 Saturdays on rota 8-12.30· 25 days.
