Job Role Title: Sr. UX Designer Location: Ontario (Hybrid) Job Description Senior UX designer will leverage deep development understanding to create informed and impactful designs. Create user focused designs that not only meet user needs, but also align seamlessly with the technical capabilities with client application product. Collaborate closely with developers to bridge the gap between design and develop to ensure seamless integration in addition to technically sound and efficient user experience. Enhance design process by ensuring that designs are technically feasible and optimized for implementation. Should be able to communicate designs effectively to technical and non-technical team members. Create detailed design specks and documentation that developers can use as a reference. Making informed design decisions for creating scalable designs and design systems. Utilize strong understanding of front end dev technologies. Stay up to date on industry standards and trends emerging technologies and development tools to bring innovative ideas and practices to learn.
