We are looking for a Senior or Lead UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UX design team we believe in a collaborative working style with a bias toward rapid prototyping, experimentation and a strong curiosity for our customers' goals and needs. What you will do: As a member of the UX Design team, you will lead and manage a key product area. You will be contributing to our vision for the Intapp platform, delivering best-in-class product experiences, while also ensuring that our products work together seamlessly. As a Senior UX Designer, you can expect to: Collaborate, influence, and negotiate with cross functional peers and executive stakeholders on defining and delivering compelling and useful products, based on a strong point of view of the product's evolution. Champion a human centered product development process within the Design team and with cross functional stakeholders: developing deep empathy for customers and end users; developing rigorous expectations on evidence informed decision making; holding teams accountable to a hypothesis based and measurable success metric product development process Present design solutions to partners and company executives, defend design decisions and incorporate feedback into the design cycle. Partner with UX Research and the Design System team Partner with cross functional stakeholders in the implementation and evolution of the product development lifecycle.
