JOB DESCRIPTION SENIOR DELIVERY MANAGER - MEDIA Working with the wider Project Management team, the Senior Delivery Manager is the main point of contact for the onboarding and relationship management of Media and Marketing clients for IQVIA Translation Services. Client Relationship Management: Act as main point of contact for internal/external Media and Marketing clients and manage their requirements plus any escalations or issues that may arise Serve as the subject matter expert on Media projects (Translation, Subtitling and Voiceover across Marketing and E-Learning projects) supporting, and advising clients/project managers with solutions and best practices Onboarding new Media and Marketing clients, including presenting either alone or supporting Sales with the ability to suggest and advise on relevant services Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients globally, devising solutions to meet client need Regularly reaching out to clients to ensure client satisfaction is high Maintain a pipeline of upcoming assignments to assist with resource planning Provide and follow up on quotations, determining areas of improvement Project Management: Manage multiple Media and Marketing Translation projects at any one time from receipt to completion Liaise with the client to backss and agree project parameters and requirements Manage client accounts, assigning projects internally within the PM team whilst ensuring client needs are met backss project scope to select appropriate vendors and negotiate deadlines effectively Monitor and manage the status of assigned projects to effectively anticipate and prevent issues Accurately complete project finances including quoting and budgeting Prepare and maintain project documentation and information Understand and adhere to the Quality Management System Comply with relevant and applicable IQVIA procedures and SOPs Work with Team Leads to help in the training and development staff for Media and Marketing projects Assist.
