Senior Town Planner Ipswich HR 11439 Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience An excellent opportunity has become available for a Senior Town Planner to join an established Consultancy in Ipswich. The successful Senior Town Planner will be reporting to the Director and will take a lead role in delivering a variety of residential, mixed use, commercial and rural schemes. Qualifications and Experience: In this instance applications are sought from candidates who have demonstrable planning experience, working within either a housebuilder or consultancy environment. It is likely that the successful Senior Town Planner will have achieved Chartered RTPI status. Due to the travel commitments involved with the role a full UK drivers licence is essential. Duties: Ensuring planning permission is granted for a variety of sites Assisting with business development Attending pre: application meetings with Planning Officers Preparing and submitting planning applications Mentoring junior members of the team In return the company are offering excellent career progression opportunities and a competitive salary and benefits package.
