They work on behalf of large mobile network operators to acquire, design, and construct mobile telecommunication base stations across the country. Due to continued investment and forecast growth, my client is looking for a Senior Town Planner to join the Town and Country Planning team. Candidate requirements: UK Driving Licence. Willingness to travel. RTPI accredited or planning related degree (Planning, Urban Design and Landscape, Transport Planning, Environmental specialisms). Experience in mobile telecommunications field. Strong knowledge of general planning procedures and specific industry standards. Ability to prioritise workload and meet key deadlines in a pressurised, target driven environment, whilst maintaining a customer focused ethos. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to build positive relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders. Has the proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team: based environment. Energetic and self: motivated.
