Senior Staff Nurse: Acute backssment Unit Position: Senior Staff Nurse: Acute backssment Unit Location: London Central Pay: up to £40,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements Hours – Full time / Part time – Flexible working pattern Contract – Permanent Medi Talent are recruiting for a Senior Staff Nurse experienced in acute admissions backssments to Senior Staff Nurse: Acute backssment Unit Position: Senior Staff Nurse: Acute backssment Unit Location: London Central Pay: up to £40,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements Hours – Full time / Part time – Flexible working pattern Contract – Permanent Medi Talent are recruiting for a Senior Staff Nurse experienced in acute admissions backssments to join our client in their 184 bed, esteemed hospital based in London. You will be joining the hospital’s dedicated acute backssment team, you will play a critical role in providing quality care to patients who require immediate backssment and intervention. In this role your responsibilities may include, conducting initial backssments of patients admitted to the Acute backssment Unit, monitoring patients' vital signs and report findings to the appropriate healthcare professionals. You will be required to administer medications and treatments as prescribed by consultants and monitor their effects. You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans for patients. You will act as a role model to more junior members of staff and always maintain best standards of care. The right candidate should have their NMC/HCPC pin registration and relevant experience in an acute care environment. You should be confident in managing your caseload and implementing specialised care plans.
