We are a small, but intimate team that maintains an empathetic element within the recruitment world. What are we looking for? We want to expand our team in Crawley with an exceptional recruitment consultant. We have just acquired a new floor in our building and have space for several people to join us in the next exciting phase. If you believe in nurturing your candidates and clients through the recruitment process with honesty and integrity, then you'll fit in well with us. What is the job? You'll join a team of fantastic consultants and specialise in their chosen sectors, offering a variety of positions across the south. You'll be given all the tools to succeed in your role and flourish with a team of like-minded, service-driven individuals. You'll be writing job adverts from customer briefs you've taken, sourcing and screening candidates, compiling shortlists, arranging interviews and providing feedback, writing offers, and handling the onboarding process with customers. Your skills: Recruitment Experience - 2+ years Strong written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving ability Great organisational skills Strong billings history A team player Computer-literate The ability to be office-based Bonus: Current recruitment experience in the sales and/or marketing sectors What we offer: Completely open salary Up to 20% uncapped commission 20 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays, plus your birthday off Up to 3 charity days per year Flexible hours - come in early, leave early!
