TWD is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager, Major Projects. This position is based in Bulington, ON. Responsibilities would include (but not limited to): Supports a respectful and inclusive work environment that is psychologically safe for the team. Plans and coordinates the engineering activities on projects or serve as an individual expert, completing broadly defined and/or technically complex engineering assignments. In cases where there is no project manager, the Project Engineer owns these accountabilities. Interface between Engineering and the other disciplines on the project including Process Engineering, Project Controls, Project Management, Procurement, Construction, vendors and the client team to ensure the successful completion of projects Works closely with TWD’s PMO group to ensure adherence to processes/procedures and to also make recommendations for enhancement of existing processes/procedures.
