POSITION GOAL ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE An earned bachelor's degree from an accredited. A minimum of five (5) years, within the last ten (10) years, of experience in creating, reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems; Or An earned associate's degree from an accredited institution. A minimum of seven (7) years, within the last ten (10) years, of experience in creating, reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems; Or Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program. A minimum of ten (10) years, within the last twelve (12) years, of experience in creating, reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems. And Effective verbal and written communication skills.
