Senior Process Engineer - BS engineering degree - 8yrs exp Eaton OH 82-107k + bonus Relo available {SISPEjls-ss} Our client company is the worlds largest provider of high purity custom silicon components and assemblies that serve a broad base of high technology markets. They currently have an opportunity for a Senior Process Engineer. The position will be based in Eaton OH. Basic Function: Assists in coordinating projects and processes. Is responsible for across-the-board manufacturing processes that encompass a diverse definition of methods. Creates, evaluates, implements, monitors, and audits manufacturing processes related to silicon and other materials. Requirements and Education Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or expertise required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the critical functions. - Required is a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline (B. S.), preferred ME or Manufacturing Eng., or equivalent; and at least 8yrs related skills and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Lean experience/experience is a plus - Experience with tight toleranced products, manufacture of parts on the order of 0.xxxxxx at the low end, maybe some experience with optical level making and measuring - Applications Engineering experience, preferred is the expertise to understand customer requirements and have interfaced with customers to resolve technical issues up frontcx - Excellent project organizational skills - Experience with MRP systems, and define method of manufacture (MOM) and bill of material (BOM) - Good people skills - Preferred is experience with the supervision of professionals, technical individuals and/or manufacturing personnel Excellent benefits!
