Senior Planner Bristol HR 11399 Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience An excellent opportunity has become available for a Senior Planner to join a well respected consultancy in Bristol. The successful candidate will work within an established team to deliver a variety of residential, commercial and retail schems across the South West of England. Qualifications: In this instance applications are sought from candidates with extensive planning experience (ideally within a consultancy environment) and who are a Chartered Member of the RTPI (or working towards this). Responsibilities: Within the role the successful Senior Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
