Job Descriptions:DigitalSherpa is hiring On-line Content Managers to research, write and publish blog content for social media clients. In addition to producing and publishing content, On-line Content Managers collaborate closely with customers and customer representatives to ensure content is unique, appropriate and results driven. On-line Content Managers track, analyze and review blog metrics, follow SEO strategies and guidelines, perform blog maintenance and meet weekly quotas. Background writing for either print or on-line Home Design / Interior Design publications is an asset for this position. Senior On-line Conent Managers will assist in the mentoring and development of the individuals and teams that comprise DigitalSherpa.DigitalSherpa- is the largest US social media and internet marketing solutions provider for SMBs, having activated more than 2000 small business clients coast to coast. During the last 2yrs, DigitalSherpa has experienced rapid growth as part of Network Communications, Inc., its parent company and significant local media business operating in over 500 markets.Necessary background: * Very strong on-line copy-writing and editing skills- Basic HTML knowledge and knowledge of WordPress or other CMS is preferred- Supervisory or Lead background is a requirement for the Senior OCM position- Background writing for blogs or print publications in a Home Design-related industry preferred. Candidate should have some background or direct familiarity with Home Design industry.- Web analytic skills are a plus- Basic Adobe Photoshop skills or background working with photos in an on-line content environment- Education or background in a related position may be considered.Keyword: writing, blogging, design, seo, sem, html, wordpress, cms, edit, web, social media,From: Network Communications, Inc.
