Senior Marketing CoordinatorRESPONSIBILITIES:? Support the efforts of the Marketing team by implementing projects for activities of the Senior Marketing Manager. Establishes efficient, organized procedures for handling project flow and prioritizes assignments based on the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager? Work with the Senior Marketing Manager; coordinate marketing project flow; develop an understanding of creative processes; project scheduling and planning; and promotion analysis, demonstrating a progressive knowledge by applying skills to future projects? Support marketing actively by coordinating standard jobs, such as downloading lists from on-line databases; space ad updates; update of web pages; create flyers for use at conferences; etc.? Maintain master schedule of all marketing projects and communicates regularly with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure appropriate scheduling and work flow of all projects, including sales support materials. Act as liaison to sales department in regard to same. Responsible for coordination of monthly sales kit to sales reps if applicable.? Incorporate managers' status reports into 1 monthly department status report. Takes and circulate minutes of department status meetings and prepare monthly sales letter describing upcoming marketing events to sales account managers? Maintain master product marketing files for department?
