Description Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Senior Manager is responsible for optimizing and driving profitable growth across Purolator’s portfolio of Vertical products and services. This role will have dual responsibilities between product management (making what we already have better) and product development (creating net new). Leading a team of professionals, this role will model the way to effectively elevate strong Enterprise results while supporting individual growth & development. The successful candidate will have a strong general manager mindset thinking both vertically and horizontally, and outstanding relationship skills, interacting with Director-level and above colleagues across the organization to execute. Portfolio: SHS, Returns, Vertical Products (Healthcare, Industrial, Tech, Retail e Commerce) Responsibilities Partner closely with the Senior Business Leaders to support target setting, roadmaps and strategic plan development for their portfolios Generate ideas for new products, strategies, and service enhancements by collaborating with cross-functional teams – comfort in facilitating workshops and leading brainstorming sessions is an asset Actively sponsor and lead cross functional strategic projects supporting profitable growth and value proposition enhancements – key example would be the conceptualization,.
