The Role Tribe is poised for growth and in preparation for this exciting phase, we are seeking an engaged, driven and experienced Senior Manager to join our Client Accounting team. The successful candidate will be based in the Vancouver area and be able to travel to the Delta office a minimum of three days per week. As the Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring the client accounting team and provide strategic leadership and direction to the department. The role will liaise with various accounting and client service management staff, the executive, and other relevant stakeholders. The role will contribute to the success of the team through effective communication and problem solving, as well as strategic leadership, planning, and decision-making that fosters team and company growth. Key Accountabilities Departmental leadership Financial reporting Systems review & continuous improvement Strategic planning and goal setting Responsibilities Primary Lead and be accountable for all client financial accounting systems and processes Oversee and ensure the delivery of timely, accurate.
