Your opportunity: The Office of the Comptroller and Chief Financial Officer provides financial expertise to senior leaders required to support the achievement of the Faculty’s strategic goals and objectives. Comprised of an accomplished team of strategic-minded specialists, the office serves as a hub between departments and the University’s central financial portfolios, provides support, guidance and training to departments on financial matters, and oversees revenue sharing distributions. As Senior Financial and Operations Analyst, you will support a broad complement of financial management activities, including financial modeling, analysis, and reporting. You will have a critical eye on policies, procedures, and practices, to help inform strategic planning and decision making. You will additionally serve as the first point of contact for all central operational requests, including but not limited to, telecommunications, security access and vendor management. Your versatility, ability to work independently and as part of a highly cohesive team will allow you take on new projects to ensure and promote optimal function of our office. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the financial management of budgets, including strategic planning, forecasting and analysis Interpreting policies in decision-making and providing significant input into local policies, procedures and practices that are referred.
