Maintenance mechanics/technicians are respected “Jack of All Trades” team members, performing mechanical and/or fabrication updates and using their knowledge to continuously improve production processes. Retirement plan with company match of 50% up to 6% of pay Profit Incentive Program Environment of teamwork and collaboration An Employer that works hard to ensure your safety on the job Safety Incentive Program What You’ll Do: Responsible for the efficient operation of all harvesting equipment Maintain all equipment in good repair Responsible for the preventative maintenance, adjustments and repair of field equipment Utilize Harvesting procedures to generate maximum crop recovery and quality What You’ll Bring: Two to three years’ experience as a Field Mechanic or equivalent preferred Knowledge of the operation, preventative maintenance and repair of field equipment highly preferred Positive attitude Strong work ethic Safety mindset Where You’ll Work: WELCOME TO MANITOWOC Thousands of visitors are drawn here each year to explore the USS Cobia World War II submarine, tour Rogers Street Fishing Village to view relics of famous shipwrecks, or sail across Lake Michigan on the S.S.
