Our client is a very reputable design and build contractor who work on a broad portfolio of projects. Some of these projects include, large scale regeneration works, high-end residential, retail and leisure schemes. They also cover a lot of commercial and high-end fit out projects. They are now looking for a Senior Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis. This person will be responsible for all aspects of the engineering on site. Our client is a very reputable design and build contractor who work on a broad portfolio of projects. Some of these projects include, large scale regeneration works, high-end residential, retail and leisure schemes. They also cover a lot of commercial and high-end fit out projects. They are now looking for a Senior Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis. This person will be responsible for all aspects of the engineering on site. They will also be required to manage the setting out engineers and sub-contractors. The successful candidate will be based on a live project in Hackney, London. This is a major residential development. Project value is between £100-150m. Skills and Requirements: BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent Chartered member of ICENHBC Standards Building Regulations including Part BTemporary Works Co-ordinator Fieldview, Auto Cad training, and 4 projects training – desirable Experience as a Senior Engineer on a similar project with a tier 1 contractor Extensive experience of RC frames Residential experience – essential Ability to manage other setting out engineers Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First aid Strong IT, communication & project planning skills If interested, please get in touch via contact details provided or click “Apply” to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
