That's where you come in We are looking for an impactful, innovative Senior Director of Global Brand and Product Marketing to drive our flagship Magic: The Gathering business. In this role, you will encourage a large team to land highly:targeted campaigns for global tabletop product campaigns. By driving alignment between our product development and go:to:market teams, youll find new methods to delight our fans while achieving business goals. And youll have fun doing it The ideal candidate is dedicated to encouraging cross:functional teams with clear strategies and innovative tactics. They find the key insights alongside partners (Business Intelligence, Product and International) and turn those insights into marketing gold. They are curious, collaborative well with others, and get things done. The best candidates have a validated background in leading marketing campaigns for new consumer packaged goods or entertainment franchises : preferably for an entertainment or collectibles brand. This is a high:profile role within the company, so you will possess an outstanding sense of self:awareness and emotional intelligence. Youre a specialist at relationship:building and know how to bring key consumer insights to the table to build collaborative outcomes and deliver results. What Youll Do:Product Marketing Management: Identify the right target audience for each product release and then use insights as a foundation to build positioning statements, marketing beats and comprehensive strategies for each go:to:market campaign. Define strategies that build demand and navigate the challenges that consumers perceive. Work with Consumer Insights and Business Intelligence teams to understand the world of trends and opportunities. Brand Marketing Management: Define the parts of Magic that spark passion in players and align leaders across the company to invest in that same vision. Ensure that we stay true to the values of our loyal consumers, but also evolve the Magic brand to grow appeal with new consumers and stand out among competitors. Make the brand come alive in every marketing investment to reinforce what Magic means. Budget Management: Drive the prioritization of Magic's global marketing budget with leadership of tough trade:offs, both in annual planning and ongoing optimization. Ensure teams are empowered with a shared vision for what we need to achieve with each marketing investment while driving rich dialogue with international partners. Campaign Development: Lead marketing channel groups to develop creative centers, channel approaches, and lead tactical execution including preview planning. Read the market signals that tell us what is resonating with consumers and adjust plans when needed. Lead and evaluate critical metrics across campaigns. Drive a culture that embraces learning and improving. Campaign Operations: Lead a team of Marketing Operations specialists to keep all cross:functional partners collaborating well with clear inter:dependencies. Enable innovative campaign ideas to develop with clear delivery expectations. Establish standard methodologies and templates that help the marketing teams operate smoothly. What Youll Bring: :A minimum of 10 years professional marketing experience with a track record of effectively leading teams that consistently achieving results.:Strong critical thinking and planning skills, aligning marketing efforts seamlessly with overarching business goals.:Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration across diverse cross:functional teams.:Confirmed experience in managing marketing and advertising budgets.:Experience with
