About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Demand Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain team at Ocado's Head Office in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. In this role, you will oversee a team of Demand Planners, nurturing their growth, managing product assortments, and driving key performance indicators. You'll also be actively involved in various improvement initiatives and occasionally step in for the Category Demand Planning Manager. Your primary goal is to lead by example, handling Demand Planner responsibilities for a diverse product range, while also contributing to development projects and offering support in Operations Management as needed. To succeed, you should be a highly motivated self-starter with a strong background in food category demand planning and a passion for enhancing the Supply Chain team through training, recruitment, and progression initiatives.
