Our employees enjoy a work culture that promotes advocacy, innovative thinking, and community excellence. THE ROLE: Strategies for Change Group is hiring a Senior Data Manager . In this project-based, Washington, DC based hybrid role, the Senior Data Manager will oversee, manage, and leverage data-related activities to guide SFCG to strategic decision-making that aligns with campaign and project objectives. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Formulate data strategies aligned with campaign goals, including data collection, analysis, and utilization. Oversee the design and maintenance of campaign databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information working to minimize errors and discrepancies. Creating data reports for the campaign and leadership team to provide insights on campaign strategy, targeting, and resource allocation. Provide data training and support to SFCG staff, direct reports, and campaign team. Remain updated on data trends, data insights, data governance and compliance as it relates to the respective campaign and project. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in relevant field/discipline (Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science) and/or 2+ years/cycle of campaign related work experience. Knowledge of political landscapes and campaign dynamics. Experience using various data reporting tools such as: Tableau, PowerBI, Salesforce, etc. THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF: You’re familiar with campaign data tools such as: NGPVAN, MiniVAN, Openfield.AI, etc. You’re confident in providing data insight and forecasting.
