Ocado Group Corporate Comms is responsible for developing the media and wider public narrative about Ocado. This is divided between proactive outreach - generating newsflow about Ocado as one of the world's most innovative companies, and reactive - managing an unpredictable news environment and responding to many/varied requests for comment across business, technology, and wider trade media. This role will support in delivering Ocado Group's overall corporate comms strategy, with a particular focus on growing media awareness of Ocado in new and prospective markets. Accountabilities: Day-to-day management of inbound requests to the Ocado Group Press Office Liaising with and helping to manage the relationship with external PR agencies Monitoring the global media narrative around Ocado Group and developments in ecommerce Support in building the public conference agenda for Ocado Group in key markets.
