The Senior Civil/Structural Engineer at Startec Compression & Process is responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the design, analysis, and implementation of civil and structural engineering solutions. This position involves overseeing the planning, development, and execution of civil and structural projects, ensuring compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulations. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Senior Civil/Structural Engineer collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and process engineers, to ensure seamless integration of civil and structural elements within complex industrial projects. The Senior Civil/Structural Engineer is responsible for conducting site backssments, evaluating foundation requirements, and optimizing structural integrity to meet the specific needs of facilities systems. Moreover, the Senior Civil/Structural Engineer identifies innovative design approaches, backsses potential risks, and ensures the safety and reliability of critical infrastructure, contributing significantly to the success and efficiency of Startec's solutions.
