The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, exceptional client relationship skills, and a commitment to understanding and resolving complex business issues.Duties:Provide comprehensive legal counsel in estate planning, trust administration, wealth preservation, and business succession planning.Advise individuals, families, executives, and business owners on tax and estate planning arrangements, financial planning, estate and generation-skipping tax planning, trust administration, probate administration, and charitable planning.Handle document drafting and senior review with precision and attention to detail.Collaborate with clients, partners, and associates to develop tailored legal strategies and solutions.Mentor younger associates, offer guidance, and contribute to their professional development.Actively engage in client development initiatives and cultivate strong client relationships.Requirements:JD from a top-tier, ABA-approved law school.An active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in business law, estate planning, and trust administration.Strong client relationship management skills.Proficient in project management and negotiating.Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters with confidence and efficiency.Experience practicing in a large law firm environment is preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier, ABA-approved law school.Active membership in the Florida Bar.Skills:Exceptional client relationship management.Proficiency in project management and negotiating.Document drafting and senior review expertise.Strong understanding of estate planning, trust administration, wealth preservation, and business succession planning.Ability to analyze and resolve complex legal issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to mentoring and professional development.Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
