The Role: As a Senior Associate, you will provide expert legal advice and representation in Wills & Probate matters, maintaining high professional standards. Duties: Strategise and evaluate solutions for complex legal issues. Manage client relationships and case outcomes. Support departmental marketing efforts. Foster communication and mentorship within the team. Attend learning events for skill enhancement. Requirements: Previously worked as a Private Client Solicitor, Conveyancer, Legal Executive or in a similar role. Possess at least 10 years PQE. Qualified as a licensed conveyancer, chartered legal executive or solicitor. Extensive experience in Wills & Probate. Membership in STEP and completion of STEP qualifications required. Experience of Wills and estate-planning, with strong skills in Will and Trust Drafting. Skilled in managing complex estate administration tasks.
