For more information, please go to www.rockpa.org.Role OverviewThe Senior Associate, Learning supports the RPA business units with the use of business processes and computer applications by training users, creating and disseminating documentation and answering questions. The role teaches users how to use systems to achieve their end goals.Role Core AccountabilitiesLearning Program DeliveryProvide advanced-level learning support services; resolve user issues, and effectively handle new and unusual user situations with various business systems; manage, track, and document issues for analysis; build a library of knowledge to support the organization's work. Authors technical documents, designs instruction artifacts, assesses skill gaps, instructional design, creates cybersecurity awareness messages supports cybersecurity communication efforts.Learning Program CoordinationServe as a liaison with multiple departments (Systems and Solutions, IT, Grants Management, and others) regarding training requests; work to understand customer/business needs thoroughly and implement customized enhancements; share feedback with the Learning team on the need for education and new training opportunities. Communicate with various levels of the organization in resolving user issues; ensure a professional and timely response to issues shared in multiple modalities (email, learning portal, intranet).Learning ProjectsCollaborates on the design and delivery of learning projects using various delivery methods (asynchronous and synchronous training, classroom, lab sessions, etc.) that reflect adult learning theory. Maintains and assists in the scheduling and coordination of educational events.Learning ContentDevelop, maintain, and update Learning content for the intranet and technology knowledge base; create documentation to support learners; share information internally; and direct users to an organized knowledge base.Complexity and Problem-solving * Works under guidance (but not constant supervision) to analyze data trends for use in reports to help guide decision-making. * Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives. * Uses clear and effective verbal communication skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions, and formulating plans or policies. * Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to act independently while guiding and training others on motivating all employees to learn, grow and develop so that they can obtain the knowledge and experience they need to help the organization reach its goals. * Applies concepts of knowledge/skill without requiring supervision; also, able to provide technical guidance when required.Desired Qualifications and Experience * A Bachelor's degree is required. * Proven experience in training, facilitating essential business technology learning, or client service-oriented role (3-4 years). * Knowledge of basic call/service center operating models and service delivery; experience with case management systems (NetSuite). * Experienced in facilitating webinars, using learning management systems platforms as a content developer or junior administratorTravel Requirements * Some travel may be required.The individual in the role must demonstrate a commitment to RPA's Mission and Values:At Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, our mission is to accelerate philanthropy in pursuit of a just world, by providing deep global expertise to make philanthropy more thoughtful, equitable and effective. * We believe that philanthropy can help create a better world. * We make decisions that center people and communities. * We believe philanthropy has a responsibility to pursue equity. * We uphold the highest standards of integrity and trust. * We are committed to learning and sharing knowledge.Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors celebrates the uniqueness of our staff, our partners, and the communities we serve.
