The Role As an integral part of their team, your role will involve direct interaction with clients and overseeing a portfolio of diverse creative and entrepreneurial ventures. Youll be responsible for delivering comprehensive accounting and tax compliance services, providing business advisory support, and sharing tax insights to help their clients achieve their professional and personal goals. Additionally, youll play a key role in training and mentoring junior team members to ensure client success is consistently championed. The companys objective is to serve as the trusted support partner for all clients, tackling their business challenges and objectives with exceptional customer service at the forefront of their approach. They cultivate a strong internal support network and uphold a culture that values ongoing learning and development. Skills and Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in producing statutory accounts and taxation for SMEs. Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). Competent user of Xero or equivalent accounting software. Excellent experience across all aspects of compliance accounting and taxation. Strong technical and problem: solving skills.
