JOB PURPOSE As Senior Accountant, Group Financial Reporting, you'll join a visible and highly regarded team within our Finance function. In this role, you'll take the lead for Group funding movements, monthly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, group financial reporting and provision for unrealised profit tasks. This is a varied and interesting role which will provide a technical accounting expert the environment to deliver quality reporting and analysis, while taking ownership of a fascinating area of our Finance operations. This Senior Accountant, Group Financial Reporting role is offered on a full time, 12 month fixed term contract basis. We work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Horseferry House, London office. RESPONSIBILITIES : Coordination of Group funding, cash repatriation and distributable reserves, as well as Group corporate simplification, working closely with Treasury, Tax, Legal and Company Secretarial: Monthly management reporting for Burberry Group plc and trusts; maintaining the relevant ledgers in SAP and preparation of standalone financial statements: Budgeting and forecasting submission for aforementioned legal entities: Group financial reporting, including statutory reporting of Burberry Group plc,.
