Were seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Epping, Harlow, Loughton, and Chigwell. If you hold QTS and have experience working with SEND, we want to hear from you Role Overview: Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Responsibilities: Working in 3: hour blocks, providing 1:1 support to children who struggle to access the full curriculum in a classroom setting. Location: Delivering sessions in students homes or neutral settings like community libraries. Duration: Blocks of work can range from 4 weeks to termly, depending on the complexity of the students needs. Commitment: Ability to adhere to provided timetables, ensuring consistency for students. Hours: Children work no more than 15 hours per week. Specialisms: Positions available for both Primary and Secondary teachers with core subject expertise. Communication: Proficient in communication strategies with students and the organization. Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of shorter days while making a significant impact.
