You’ll help us carry out high-quality, right first-time maintenance across our responsive and void properties. If you fancy working alongside a brilliant team, then read on… Typical day as our Semi Skilled Driver Safely drive company vehicles, ferrying materials, tools, and equipment to various locations. Loading, unloading and supporting the maintenance and repair teams with general tasks like carrying and installing. Keep tools sharp, adhering to health and safety Maintaining a tidy workspace and taking on additional duties as directed. Supporting our various trades to achieve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes. This includes repairs, maintenance and property refurbishments. Working in our properties across Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire (including Peterborough, March, Corby, Kettering, Northampton and Milton Keynes). All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be. And we really are great, a top 10 Great Place to Work in the UK employer in fact! You have A full current driving licence, as you’ll be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
