If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Security Supervisor in Cambridge! Requirements: Valid Security Guard License and First Aid/CPR certificate Proven experience in security supervisor role for at least 1 year Minimum of 2 year Security experience, preferably in Distribution Center/Warehouse/gatehouse Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals. Excellent computer skills, and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. Must be physically fit and able to stand, sit or walk for extended periods Ability to handle multiple situations and use sound judgment to handle emergency situations Must be knowledgeable on various systems including but not limited to CCTV various types, elevators, mechanical alarms, intercom systems, fire and life safety systems, control room system Must be able to provide coaching, training, and update site Manager on new trainees progress Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations Ability to write and compile reports on computer software in a timely manner Valid driver's license G/G2 Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of security guards, ensuring their compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, including access control, visitor management, and vehicle/Trailor monitoring. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all security measures are in place and report any breaches or concerns to the management.
