We are searching for qualified professionals to join our team, where you can make an impact through your exceptional customer service and communication skills. OVERVIEW We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive professional for the position of Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling all scheduling obligations in the Operations Center, as well as other administrative and operational duties. The successful candidate will have a consistently high level of integrity and the ability to work autonomously. This position is the main and direct point of contact for security officers and supervisors on shift, proactively maintaining regular contact regardless of their assignment. The successful candidate will receive necessary training to develop and strengthen relevant skills related to and as required by the needs of the position. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Planning and scheduling static security officers for sites as required Assigning tasks to Field Support Supervisors Maintaining communication with supervisors, site managers, and security officers Responding to emergency calls and giving direction Professionally communicating with clients over the phone and/or via email as required, with respect scheduling needs REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS A Valid BC Security License High School diploma; post-secondary education is an asset At least one year of experience in the security industry At least one year of experience in a scheduling or dispatching Experience in an administrative and data entry role is an asset Technical skills including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, the Windows Operating system, and the ability to type at least.
