We can offer you a solid, stable and interesting career, with an opportunity for advancement. Seeking a part time Security Officers in Tempe, AZ.Previous security experience a plus but will train. Police or Military experience also a plus. If you are not currently licensed, American Security will assist you in acquiring your WI Security License. Duties will include patrolling on foot, responding to and reporting on emergency situations and providing an array of services to customers. Security staff will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring the facilities fire suppression system, burglar alarm system, public and employee entrances as well as directing and assisting the public. Qualifications: You must have a clean criminal record and be able to be licensed by the State of Arizona for Private Security. We will assist you in acquiring a security license if you do not already have one. You must be able to sustain a high-level of confidentiality and professionalism and offer great customer service at all times.Skills: CPR and 1st aid certification. We will assist you in becoming CPR & 1st aid certified if you are not already certified.We offer you: Health/ Dental Insurance (full time only) Paid Training (full & part time) Paid Holiday/ Vacation Time (full time only) Uniforms (full & part time) Opportunity for Advancement (full & part time) All positions within the Uniformed Security Division Require that applicants: * have a clean criminal experience * be 18yrs of age or older * have a high-school degree or GED * most positions involve sitting, standing and walking for a substantial amount of time.* pass a criminal experience check. * lifting of 50lbs is a min requirement. * are able to read, write and speak English proficiently. * be clean shaven (mustache ok) and have a neat trimmed haircut.
