Maintain a safe and Secure environment Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal. Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence. Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site. Monitor Close Circuit Cameras Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues. Coordinate response to the incidents. Respond to telephone calls received by the Security Department. Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports. Provide Excellent customer service. Qualification to become Security Guard in Winnipeg Good verbal and written communication skills Must have Full driving license and Clear driving abstract. Previous experience in the security industry (asset) Previous experience in Radio usage Strong Team working and Public relation skills. Valid Manitoba Security Guard license Must have Tactical experience with previous experience in De-escalation Customer service oriented Must be able to work Afternoon shifts.
