This role offers full-time employment with the flexibility of remote work; however, candidates must be situated within Canadian borders. Required Skills: Bachelors degree preferred in computer science, information systems, or computer engineering or equivalent work experience 8+ years of experience in Project Management Must have experience in the Banking domain Previous experience as a dedicated Agile Scrum Master Experience with project management methodologies to support simple and complex system implementations and rollouts. Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Jira, Trello, Asana, Pivotal Experience in JIRA capturing feature requirements, User Stories, and Issue Tracking Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, defining user stories, story points, Jira and Git integration, automated testing, backlog refinement and retrospective) Detail-oriented, self-directed with strong independent problem-solving skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Google tools (drive, docs, etc), CRM tools, and JIRA Highly proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Visio, and Outlook.
