Major Duties The Scope Coordinator will act as single point of contact for all JIRA within the applicable segment and/or ATS equipment, working closely with the customer. The Scope Coordinator will also maintain, track and drive engineering changes based on the ATS change management processes. Specific Responsibilities Receive Request for Changes (RFC), work with Applications to create Change Order Request for the customer, COR approval process, receipt of the PO and implementation of the changes. Schedule and conduct tracking meetings for milestone with the appropriate ATS and Customer SPOCs. Prepare and distribute the meeting minutes, materials to meeting attendees Manage and maintain the electronic and paper files to support compliance of internal audit/corporate governance requirements, to ensure traceability and objective evidence to implement all engineering changes across various customer sites. Responsible for the completion of the COR process from receipt of Request for Change (RFC) submission of COR, accurate data in Salesforce, receipt of PO and tracking the financial.
