Lexmark has implemented a global instance of SAP as its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. A SAP Center of Excellence (COE) organization has been created to manage the on-going support of SAP. The COE is responsible for day-to-day system support as well as the project support for all new business activities that will use SAP. The COE is divided into multiple process areas, such as Order-To-Cash (OTC) - Order Mgmt, OTC-Dist, Master Data, Planning, Security, Finance - Operations, Finance - Ledger, etc.The OTC-OM area includes order entry & processing, credit cards, ATP, billing, A/R, and compliance (using the SAP ECC, FSCM, and GTS modules). The SAP Available To Promise (ATP) functionality is a key activity for the Lexmark Supply Chain and has high visibility up to the VP-Operations level.Lexmark currently has an opening for a COE employee in the OTC-OM organization. The individual will support multiple OTC activities with the foremost responsibility as the global expert for the SAP ATP functionality.
