Job Title: Sales Manager Position Type: Permanent- Full-Time Location: Remote - least 50% annual travels (Candidate will be attending trade shows) Salary Range: PHP 180K annual + commissions Job ID#: 139740 Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Chain Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in the chain restaurant, hotel, and buying group sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets, cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers, and working with the sales team to drive performance through buying group members. Currently, we are not part of any buying groups, and we are looking for an individual who can successfully get us integrated into these groups. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets within the chain restaurant, hotel, and buying group sectors. Continuously refine sales tactics and approaches to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities. 2. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers at chain restaurants, hotels, buying groups, and major industry stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for these relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Account Management: Manage key accounts within the chain restaurant and hotel sectors. Facilitate the integration and partnership with buying groups, and work with the sales team to drive sales through buying group members. 4. Buying Group Integration: Strategically target and secure entry into key buying groups. Develop and execute a plan to get the company recognized and accepted by relevant buying groups, leveraging industry knowledge and connections. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to identify market opportunities and align sales strategies accordingly. Ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and information to effectively promote and sell the company’s products. 6. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand current trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Identify new areas for growth and market penetration. 7. Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand awareness and generate new leads. Network with industry professionals and stay updated on industry developments. 8. Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and adjustments to sales strategies. 9. Sales Quota Achievement: Achieve a minimum individual sales quota of $30 million through direct connection channels within a six-month period, separate from the overall company targets. Job Requirements: Qualifications: Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the restaurant equipment manufacturer. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong network and relationships within the industry, particularly with buying groups. Excellent relationship management and account management skills. Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
