Sales Manager : Timber Frame Salary: Up to GBP55,000 (DOE) : Bonus and Car Wakefield: WF1 2HQ The Sales Manager position is working for one of the top employers in the UK having won awards consecutively for the last few years. In this role you will be managing relationships with House Builders, Developers, Building Societies and Social Housing Landlords. We are looking for an experienced salesperson, ideally with experience in the Timber Frame industry. Someone with a technical / architectural background in timber frame who is looking at a sales opportunity could be considered. Your responsibilities in the Sales Manager role will include: : Meet or exceed sales targets. Retain existing customers and accounts. Identify personal development needs and participate in training where required. Work closely with other functions of the business to provide seamless service. Gather efficient information upfront when evaluating opportunities. What kind of person are they looking for in the Sales Manager role? Established Salesperson. Experience within the Timber Frame Commercial projects understanding / awareness. Strong focus on customer experience. Ability to work to tight deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills. Driving licence.
