You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. We are the area's oldest pawnshop and you will also be assisting with the writing of loans and collecting payments from customers. We also sell merchandise through the Internet and you may be needed to help with online listings. Responsibilities: Welcome and identify customer needsExplain products and services to customersWrite sales receipts and process sales.Write pawn loansCollect loan paymentsPhotograph items and create listings.Pack and ship items sold on the Internet.Investigate and resolve customer complaints if any with the assistance of management.Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fieldsAbility to thrive in a personal service environmentAbility to build rapport with customersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong negotiation skillsComputer Skills are a must.Dependable
