Summary: At Brivo, we're seeking a talented Sales Engineer to become a key player in the UK North and Ireland region. In this role, you'll have the exceptional opportunity to directly engage with our esteemed partners, diving deep into our cutting-edge solutions through immersive sales and technical training sessions. Furthermore, as a Sales Engineer at Brivo, you'll play an essential role in supporting our dynamic field sales team, collaborating on everything from designing compelling quotes to showcasing the excellence of Brivo's products through captivating demonstrations. If you're passionate about helping our customers and share our enthusiasm for cloud technology and top-notch operational practices, we invite you to embark on this exciting journey with Brivo. Responsibilities: Support the sales growth of independent and national resellers in the assigned territory. Participate in the implementation of programs aimed at enhancing overall reseller performance. Serve as a key sales/technical advisor and advocate for Brivo and third-party products. Represent the company and its products to customers and at field events. Create, publish, and maintain technical documentation. Communicate customer requirements to product management teams. Assist in coordinating customer projects. Assist in the development of Brivo University training courses. Provide remote and on-site assistance, as needed, for escalated technical support issues. Deliver technical overview training and Certification Training on Brivo products. Offer technical sales support, including system demonstrations and presentations to resellers and end users. Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant technical experience required. Prior experience in crafting written responses to functional and technical requirements for Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP).
