Responsibilities: • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved• Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline• Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers Qualifications: • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field• Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills• High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process• Must have a Real Estate License Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly About Company: Our mission is to genuinely help people, assist and educate our clients to build wealth through real estate, and provide a world-class client experience.
