Sales Administrator/ Data Analyst Industry: Wholesale and Distribution Location: Newport Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 7am - 3pm Days: Monday - Friday Duration: Permanent Duties: Providing administrative functions to support the Sales Manager and team of Representatives including: Updating and maintaining product data, including website specifications and pricing Production of sales and supplier reports, Producing quotations and invoicing, Maintaining spreadsheets and databases, Assisting with promotions. Experience: Must have a good level of administrative experience including processing data and producing reports, Must have a good level of numeracy and accuracy and be able to work well on own initiative, Must have good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Must have a good level of computer literacy including MS Excel.
