Safeguarding development partner needed with Slough Borough Council Safeguarding development partner needed with Slough Borough Council Start Date- ASAPLocation – Slough Duration – Initially 3 months Hours per week – 37 hours per week Salary – £400ltd per day Slough Borough Council require a safeguarding partnership partner to help ensure compliance with the new Working Together 2023 guidance issued by the government. This position will be a hybrid working role. Description: As a safeguarding lead you will strengthen and formalise partners contributions to local safeguarding partnership arrangements. Safeguarding Partners will support the work of the quality assurance performance partner to ensure sustainable arrangements to monitor the effectiveness of the children’s partnership groups can be delivered long term. As a safeguarding lead a support the work of partners to create a new Early Help Practice framework and workforce development strategy for Early Help. Safeguarding partners are supporting the developments in all the partnership sub-groups to ensure legislative compliance as well as cohesion with the community safety partnership and adults’ groups. What is required Social Work Qualification Social Work England registration Previous experience within Children’s Social Work Working as a Qualified Social Worker with Service Care Solutions We will pay you £150 after 4 weeks in an assignment if you have not previously worked with us We offer £250 for every Qualified Social Worker you refer over to us£150 after 6 weeks in the assignment and £100 after completing 12 weeks We will offer £150 to you for sourcing your own job and referring it to Service Care Solutions We will pay up to £250 each year to help with your Continuing Professional Development We will pay a “thank you” bonus to you after each 12-month period you complete with Service Care Solutions If you are interested please call Erin Webbe on 01772 xyzxyz or email me your CV – If this role.
