Despatch dates Managing a tidy filing system for all order paperwork to remain confidential but easily accessible for key personnel Stock take – manually hand-counting stock in the showroom and data entering the information into our AS400 system. Accuracy is vital. The Customer Service Advisor: should have the following experience / qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service Role Fully competent in Microsoft Office Attention to detail is imperative, as the catalogue of products is extremely lengthy Need to be able to prioritise and manage your own time Professional attitude and response towards customers Team Player but able to problem solve independently Punctual.
