Job Title : RQ05942 - Solution Architect - CRM - Senior Client : Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services Work Location: 5700 Yonge St. Toronto, Ontario , Hybrid Estimated Start Date: Estimated End Date: #Business Days: 140.00 Extension: Probable after the initial mandate Hours per day or Week: 7.25 hours per day Security Level: No Clearance Required Mandatory Requirements: Extensive experience in planning, creating, and implementing enterprise-level architectures; architectural patterns, frameworks such as C4, and best practices to build scalable, maintainable, and robust solutions. Proficient in integrating and utilizing Software-as-a-Service (Saa S) and Platform-as-a-Service (Paa S) solutions into the existing architecture. Knowledge of multi-tenancy, cloud service models, and API integrations is necessary. Proven experience in Microsoft Azure services; designing, deploying, and managing Azure cloud infrastructure, including Azure Active Directory and Identity models such as B2C and B2B Worked in Agile teams leveraging tools such as Azure Dev Ops/Jira Description Responsibilities Lead multi-tier application infrastructure design, documentation and configuration for medium or large corporate implementations Work with CRM applications, operating systems, environments, database technologies, programming languages and communication protocols Define the interactions between application packages, databases and middleware systems Develop and implement of CRM solution architectures at the specified experience level Experience in the use of data and process modelling methodologies, techniques and tools, including a working knowledge of metadata structures, repository functions, and data dictionaries Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills Experience and Skill Set Requirements Technical Experience 70% Extensive experience in planning, creating,.
