Our RSR's are responsible for selling our brand to our customers, ensuring the highest level of quality standards and providing proactive customer service solutions. The successful candidate will manage and grow customer accounts for our uniforms and facility services. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role where you will be required to deliver by truck and service our customer base with a multitude of uniforms, shop towels, linens, floor mats and flat good items. It will keep you in great shape. No need for a gym membership! To ensure your path for great success as a Route Service Representative, you must be able to: Demonstrate an exceptional attitude for winning in a diverse, team culture Maximize the life time value of customer accounts and on growing customers satisfaction Service your own route and customer base and you will have the freedom to run your route like its your own business. You will visit multiple customers per day - ranging from small family owned businesses to major corporate locations Act as a customer focused, results-driven, relationship manager who has a positive attitude, passion for hard work, and someone who makes customers look forward to their weekly deliveries from us.
