Position Summary: Medical City Arlington’s Med Surg Post Surgical Specialty Floor provides care to a unique group of patients undergoing elective surgeries. Procedures include Ortho joints, elective Spinal and all Urology. Our fast paced 29 bed specialty unit is staffed with a team oriented group of caring Nurses and clinical professionals with a 4:1 ratio. Our team enjoys exceptional Management support, Patient Care Tech and Unit Secretary assistance, encouragement to get certifications and opportunities for continued advancement at our growing Hospital Licensure/Certifications: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse from Texas Board of Nurse Examiners. Compact license is accepted. Current Healthcare Provider ACLS and BLS issued by the American Heart Association required. Education: BSN Highly preferred Experience: MUST have 1 year's of recent acute MS experience to be considered Only candidates that are working at a Hospital now will be considered. Special Notes: 29 Beds in Unit No Union Culture of the facility/ unit: Strong senior team. Floor is relatively new. Salary: $28.64 ( 1 yrs) - $35.83 (10yrs) -$42.95 (20yrs) - Based on years of experience Shift Differential: - Nights $3.75 - Weekend $4.30 Sign on: -UPTO a $5,000 sign on bonus Relocation: $3000 relocation Powered by JazzHR
