This position will be FT, mainly weekdays and includes on call responsibility every other weekend. Job Summary : The RN’s purpose is to initiate and implement assessments and ensure compliance with DHS rule 116 (medication administration) while providing person centered experiences for individuals as well as support staff training, individual health assessments, assist in development and implementation of QA tools to assure that individuals are safe and experience the best possible health.
